The B’s Hive is a family-run sensory shop dedicated to creating engaging, inclusive, and affordable tools for learning through play. We offer sensory kits, fillers, task boxes, and more to support early childhood development.
Who are your products for?
Our products are designed for all children, especially those who are neurodivergent, sensory-seeking, or learning through alternative methods. We also love supporting parents, caregivers, educators, and therapists.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade and sensory nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out so we can make it right.
What does “preorder” mean?
Preorder items are not ready to ship yet—they're being made to order. You’re reserving your kit or tool in advance. Estimated ship times will always be shared on the product listing.
Why do you offer preorders?
Preorders help us minimize waste, offer exclusive themed kits, and give you the chance to grab limited designs before they’re gone!

How long will my order take to ship?
We typically ship ready-to-ship items within 7-10 business days. Preorders have longer turnaround times, which are always listed on the individual product pages.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! You can create your own Custom Filler or Custom Sensory Adventure Kit right on our website. Just tell us your theme and preferences, and we’ll bring your vision to life.
What is the turnaround time for customs?
Custom orders usually ship within 14 business days. We'll keep you updated if we need more time!
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
