The B’s Hive is a family-run sensory shop dedicated to creating engaging, inclusive, and affordable tools for learning through play. We offer sensory kits, fillers, task boxes, and more to support early childhood development.
Who are your products for?
Our products are designed for all children, especially those who are neurodivergent, sensory-seeking, or learning through alternative methods. We also love supporting parents, caregivers, educators, and therapists.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 72 hours of the package being delivered. Please contact us regarding any questions or concerns.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of us receiving the return package. Actual processing time may depend on your bank.
What does “preorder” mean?
Preorder items are not ready to ship yet—they're being made to order. You’re reserving your kit or tool in advance. Estimated ship times will always be shared on the product listing.
Why do you offer preorders?
Preorders help us minimize waste, offer exclusive themed kits, and give you the chance to grab limited designs before they’re gone!

How long will my order take to ship?
We typically ship items within 14 business days unless an item states a 21 business day tat then the whole order will follow that tat.
Preorders have longer turnaround times, which are always listed on the individual product pages.
Do you accept custom orders?
We currently accept custom flller orders. You may email us at thebshive0@gmail.com if you'd like a custom kit or something else!
What is the turnaround time for customs?
Custom orders usually ship within 21 business days. We'll keep you updated if we need more time!

We currently ship within the U.S. only.
